Our partner, JEREMY M. JOSEPH  has a Masters degree in maritime law from the University of Southampton, England. He was also awarded the British High Commissioner's Chevening Scholarship Award for academic excellence. 

Jeremy began his career in as a marine claims handler and also worked in Holman Fenwick & Willan, an international law firm as a legal assistant in their Singapore office, for several years. In 2002, he joined Joseph Tan Jude Benny and set up their Malaysian associate office - Joseph & Partners.

He has published several articles in leading law journals and co-authored the Shipping, Insurance and Carriers volumes of Halbury's Laws of Malaysia.

Our assistant, Kaiser Thomas, is a sharp and talented lawyer who advises on general litigation, including shipping claims.  

Alan Lim is a multi-talented manager who can handle just about anything from finances to organizing major maritime conferences (and he is also a training consultant!).
